Okay, this isn’t really about the last 30 days. It’s about the last 30 days but some of the contents date back to months ago. Let me share with you a story using pictures! 🙂
Blueberry muffin from Dolcelatte
I remember winning a bet against Gus in the summer of 2009 and the prize would be a blueberry muffin. He gave me the muffin over a year later, sometime around August of 2010.
Lemon Poppy Seed muffin from StarbucksAfter a fun but tiring out of town trip, this muffin was waiting for me at home a month ago. I’ve been craving for poppy seed treats for the longest time but I just couldn’t get my hands on one. Starbucks had an Orange Poppy Seed loaf slice months back but it was eventually replaced with another one of their treats. I saw a loaf in one of the stalls in Eastwood’s pre-Christmas bazaar but I wouldn’t be able to finish one loaf by myself so I couldn’t buy that available treat too. Good thing Starbucks came out with another version.

When I want something, I’d feel really blessed if I get it. If I don’t, hopefully, I’ll find a way of getting it in time. I haven’t really gotten anything I’ve been eyeing on in the past 30 days but these came in as surprises. Safe to say, long story short, the past 30 days were awesome. Not saying everything was perfect but it was great.
